All These Things Shall be for Thy Good

"For thy Good"
In 2011 after the massive tsunami that hit Japan and caused such catastrophic destruction and so many casualties, it had me thinking about tragedy and the bad things that happen in life.
We know that the Lord has the ability to turn these things into something beautiful and positive and I wanted to create something that showed my faith and belief that it is out of hardship, failure, problems, and sorrow that great blessings and growth occur.
This broken Japanese vase with the cherry blossom growing out of it symbolizes the hope and opportunities that await as a result of tragedy.
It is especially applicable with all that is going on in the world, including our current COVID crises; and we must remember that we are experiencing hardship that can not only be overcome, but learned from and benefited by.
